Andy Gaeta, PresidentThe company’s founder and principal, Andy Gaeta, has worked in sales and marketing positions for large worldwide manufacturing companies since 1971. Mr. Gaeta holds a BS in marketing from New Haven College, New Haven Connecticut. His experience and successes include numerous product launches and sales marketing campaigns focused on distribution through the mass market retail channels. He has worked extensively in all aspects of sales marketing to the retail industry and understands the process of successfully selling the big box retailers. His contacts and relationships over the years have allowed him access to many large retailers in North America.

Steven Genske, Vice President of Sourcing

Steven Genske, Vice President of SourcingSteven brings over 40 years of experience as a domestic and international product development merchant and Merchandising Director for leading home centers and hardware co-ops. With his extensive background in international sourcing and domestic product merchandising, Steve brings new and proven ways of getting products to the marketplace. His retail experience includes 12 years at Lowe’s Home Improvement, 6 years at The Home Depot and 12 years at True Value Hardware. He has a proven track record of bringing the right product to the marketplace at very competitive pricing to increase sales and building strong relationships leading to long-term manufacturer and customer partnerships.

Rick Johnson, Vice President of Market Development

Rick Johnson, Vice President of Market DevelopmentRick’s 39 year business career includes a solid base of sales, marketing, and advertising experience in major consumer product categories across multiple channels of distribution to include automotive, hardware home center, food, drug, mass retailers, military, and industrial. In addition to launching new products under major brand names, Rick has also operated his own advertising and marketing firm helping over 175 clients in a span of 8 years to develop, package, and successfully market their products nationally and internationally.

Bob Kollet, Director of Merchandising & In-Store Services

Bob Kollet, Director of Merchandising & In-Store ServicesWith more than 30 years experience at Giant Food, Inc.(Ahold), Bob held merchandising and store management positions and was appointed Grocery Merchandising Manager where he managed product placement and planogramming for all dry and frozen food categories. Bob worked with the major distributors and manufacturers in the food industry and maintained Giant Food’s reputation for quality service and satisfaction! Bob brings a thorough understanding of the retailer’s perspective to his Director position with ITG. He holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
